I tested chillispot on several x86 machines and it works really well, no problem at all. I think it can probably be marked stable under x86. Another thing: It does NOT work well under amd64, so at least there it should remain ~arch.
Michele I know what version you are talking about but in the future bugs like this would be rejected for not stating what version you are talking about. (chillispot-1.0) Fine with me. Reassigning to the x86 who handles stable markings for x86.
Hello solar! Yep, sorry for not stating the version. Here's the complete thing: net-wireless/chillispot 1.0 I'll be more careful next time. ;-) Thanks, Michele.
Question. There is no rc script that is included with this version.

Created attachment 81119 [details] Init script This is the bare minimum init script for chillispot
Yeah, you're right, there's no init file. I created a minimum one and attached it to this bug.
Ok as per request of x86@ I got asked to mark the pkg stable. I'm not an active user of chilli sense the .99 series so I'll have to depend on user feedback. Thanks for the init script but that should be filed under a new bug, I'm happy to add to an -r1 or 1.01 whenever that comes out.
Ok, I filed a new bug # 124698 with the init script. Michele.
