Description Dirkjan Ochtman (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-02-18 07:14:32 UTC
It would be nice if the ebuild for mod_python could get bumped to the new 3.2.7.

I hope these files can get into the tree.

mod_python-3.2.7 has a FileSession-related security problem. See:

  http://www.modpython.org/fs_sec_warn.html

I posted an ebuild for 3.2.8 as Bug 123852 with integrated tests, if you'd like to give that a try.
Comment 4 Dirkjan Ochtman (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-02-23 13:41:37 UTC
I know, but I thought I'd get the ebuild out there, since it works just fine for unmodified code (the FileSession thing is something new, not in existing code).

This should probably be closed in favor #123852, then.
