Remove the 'dedicated' use flag for games-fps/ut2004 because it doesn't do anything; we have ut2004-ded instead. I found this out the hard way...

I agree - there's no point in having the USE flag if app-misc/screen is not required for a dedicated server.

I was actually planning on having the flag do something as expected, but really the separate package is best for someone running a dedicated server, anyway.
