Description Ross Jordan 2002-12-17 10:27:34 UTC
I just emerged sys-apps/pcmcia-cs 3.2.1-r1 ebuild. When I attempted to add
pcmcia to my system startup, there was no pcmcia script.

# ls -al /etc/init.d/pcmcia*
ls: /etc/init.d/pcmcia*: No such file or directory

# qpkg -l pcmcia-cs | grep "/etc/init.d"
/etc/init.d

I noticed pcmcia-cs ebuild changelog has an entry about changing the script to
pcmcia.rc, but I don't see that one either. Probably just an oversight?

Doh! Just re-emerge pcmcia-cs to fix this. Sorry. Be sure to report back here
if it works or not, so I can close the bug.

Thanks.

Just emerge sync'd and (re)emerge'd pcmcia-cs (version 3.2.1-r1, as before)
Still no sign of any /etc/init.d/pcmcia*

The script is there now. Thanks
