with the suspend2-sources I always have to restart alsa after resuming. when I compile alsa-driver it doesn't work at all. can I automatize the restarting of alsa at least?

suspend2-sources is not a supported kernel - http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/gentoo-kernel.xml#doc_chap3
