When starting xorg, using -pciscan or not, it is never able to detect cards on PCI chains #1 or higher ... only on chain #0

bug is upstream, but wanted to open/close Gen-bug for reference inside the distro.

Sorry for lucky users :S cant put 16 vga cards per machine for now ...
