This version of dhcp not works with tftp (remote stations), the client not get ip address from dhcp server, normal workstations works fine and get ip normaly from the server.

I found this bug when i try configure a ltsp with gentoo and last packages stables in portage tree.

Solution: if you downgrade dhcp to version 3.01, the remote clients works fine.

Is your issue with dhcp (server part) or dhclient (client part)?

I think the issue is on the dhcp server part, when i change the dhcp server to version 3.0.1-r1, clients assigned ip normaly.
Note that clients use a etherbot eprom, normal ehternet cards works fine.

Anyone want to attach a dhcpd.conf file sample so I know exactly what I'm supposed to be testing/fixing here?

You guys using next-server or server-name options for the tftp-boot-server?

Please attach a full dhcpd.conf

The attached config file works fine with dhcp-3.0.3 - I've tested this at home.
