Fatal error: Call to undefined function session_name() in /var/www/localhost/htdocs/phppgadmin/libraries/lib.inc.php on line 54

dev-db/phppgadmin-4.0.1 needs php with session use flag.

rl03 asked me to report this so here it is.

<rl03> HumpBack: could you file a bug on phppgadmin stating it needs sessions on?
