Over code listing 9 the text reads:

"If you have a multi-CPU Opteron system, you should activate "Symmetric multi-processing support":"

I propose we change it to:
"If you have an <a href="http://multicore.amd.com/en/Products/">AMD multicore product</a> (e.g. an AMD 64 X2) then you should activate "Symmetric multi-processing support":"
