Description Fernando J. Pereda (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-02-15 02:01:08 UTC
Hi guys,

Current arch versions for those packages are ancient so please consider those package for stabilization in your respective arches.

dev-util/git-1.1.6 : amd64 mips ppc ppc64 sparc x86
dev-util/cogito-0.16.4 : amd64 ppc sparc x86
dev-util/stgit-0.8.1 : x86

Both git and cogito come with a very good test suite, so please use FEATURES=test and let it do its job.

stgit is a python wrapper around git so it *should* work if git does, however proper testing is needed. If you need help testing it please ping me on IRC.

Thanks for your time.

Cheers,
Ferdy
