Description Sam Kyritsoglou 2006-02-15 01:05:42 UTC
To resolve GLSA 200602-06 cencerning Imagemagick, I upgrade this program form 6.2.4.2-r1 to 6.2.5.5.
After, when I tried to use bins, I've got this error :
Deep recursion on subroutine "Image::Magick::AUTOLOAD" at /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.6/i686-linux/Image/Magick.pm line 42.
I update to the testing media-gfx/imagemagick-6.2.6.0 and reemerge bins-1.1.29. I've always got the error message.

Please, upgrade to 6.2.6.0, then reemerge 6.2.6.0 because of temporarory bug and try again. You must emerge 6.2.6.0 twice.
Comment 2 Sam Kyritsoglou 2006-02-15 11:32:56 UTC
After reemerge ImageMagick-6.2.6.0, app-misc/bins works.
Thank for your quick answer.

closing, with hints that perlmagick should be split again
