You should add an option that lets people download all of the package dependencies before they are installed. It would really help durring times that you are using somebody else's internet connection and you only have a little time to use it, like at school or a business or something.
From `man emerge`: --fetchonly (-f) Instead of doing any package building, just perform fetches for all packages (the main package as well as all dependencies).
