the gst-editor ebuild didn't build correctly some needed libs

adding the eclass libtool and invoking elibtoolize just before the econfigure
fixes everything

should convert it to use gnome2 eclass i think...

adding gst-editor to p.mask, i don't feel like maintaining gst<0.5.2 stuff .
