Bug 122806 – [Tracker] Alpha 2006.0 Handbook changes

We need to work out descriptions for the available stages depending on profile selection for nptl/nonptl for the Alpha handbook. This should go at the "choosing a stage tarball" section, or thereabouts.

Patches with additions will follow shortly.
