Please, review the following and explain, why is this ebuild needed in portage:

1. the package's feature is not covered by any other package i know of
2. i'd like to limit the size of my local portage overlay

In taking a look at the website, seems like a good addition. I'm reassigning this to perl herd directly. Still no guarantees on a timeline, but its progress :)

dev-util/autodia added (with some modifications). nifty :)
