Please add README.* to the dodoc line of the sys-boot/syslinux-3.11.ebuild, like so:

-       dodoc README NEWS TODO *.doc memdisk/memdisk.doc
+       dodoc README README.* NEWS TODO *.doc memdisk/memdisk.doc
