Description Dylan Carlson (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2002-12-16 15:51:54 UTC
In the directory tree under kportage, I cannot see the following directories:

berlin-base
fresco-base
gnome-apps
gnome-office
kde-apps
kde-i18n
kde-libs
net-apache
sys-build
sys-kmods

Some of these may be invalid, I'm not sure.
Comment 1 Hannes Mehnert (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2002-12-16 18:42:19 UTC
kportage read $PORTDIR/profiles/categories.
berlin-base, gnome-apps, gnome-office, abiword, kde-apps, kde-i18n, kde-libs,
net-apache, sys-build and sys-kmods are empty (don't have any ebuilds in it,
are deprecated/were never used).

fresco-base is currently not usable afaik (it is not in profiles/categories).

so, kportage works like portage (emerge -p fresco returns that portage can't find
any fresco ebuild).

i think this can be closed?
