Leaving aside the general lack of coherence, spelling or grammar, which would be bug-worthy in and of itself, I doubt that moving /var/tmp/portage/homedir/.mozilla will solve very many bugs for most users. Both these issues should really be fixed, not least so that users who see the postinst message get some useful information should they need to file, or indeed fill, a bug.

ewarn/einfo updated.
The message as it stands is still almost incomprehensible to anyone with a less than perverted grasp of the english language. Suggested replacement, which most people should be able to understand: Please remember to rebuild any packages that have been built against firefox. Some packages may be broken by the upgrade; if this is the case, please search at http://bugs.gentoo.org and open a new bug if one does not exist. Before filing any bugs, please move or remove ~/.mozilla and test with a clean profile directory.
*prod* Looks like this one still needs some action. Or would you prefer someone from the QA team to fix it?
(In reply to comment #4) > *prod* Looks like this one still needs some action. Or would you prefer someone > from the QA team to fix it? > I will be damned if you think you are gonna touch any ebuild that belongs to me or the herd I am part of. If there is a problem continue to file a bug, and it will be fixed as soon as possible.
This is the bug. Fix it or someone from the QA team will fix it for you.
Looks better; thanks.
