On April 2, Indiana will begin observing daylight savings.  The sun will no longer rise at four in the morning, my dog will let me sleep until six at least, and thousands of hoosiers will have to set their clocks two more times a year.  

Is this a matter of just grabbing the latest tzdata, or does this pose a problem with, for example, logging and file timestamps?
