Finally found some time to collect all the feedback i got and create an updated version of the power management guide. Thanks everyone for their input, very much appreciated.

Changes:
- Removed <title> tag for first section in a chapter and wrote proper chapter introductions
- Added reminder about setting USE flags
- Don't mention app-laptop/ibm-acpi anymore, the in-kernel module is newer.
- Describe new features and changed config file of cpufreqd-2.0
- Restructured section about hdd pm, should be more clear now. Fixes bug #114424
- Backlight dimming for Toshiba laptops
- Added lm-profiler from laptop-mode-tools
- Changed name of scripts from pm* to pmg*
- Fixed wrong iwconfig parameter name
- Added faq entry for acpid warnings in syslog
- Changed my email address to @g.o
- Some more minor changes

Hey Earthwings, Power Management Guide is awesome. I checked out your update and the only thing I could see wrong with just a quick look is the date:

<date>2005-02-07</date>

It should be 2006-02-07
