I fixed the depend to reflect this. Can you please report this bug upstream and get it changed to work with neon-0.25 or provide a patch?
i've made it public upstream and it is fixed in cvs (already tried). atm there's a neon-0.2.4-r2 / neon-0.2.5 cycling bug. it constantly up- and downgrades neon.
