dev-python/formkit-0.6.1 depends upon www-servers/webware, which doesn't seem to exist.

you're right: the version in portage has a non-exitant dependency, based on a local overlay (formkit is a python library to develop web application forms).
Although this package could be installed stand-alone, without the deps, I've lost interest in maintaing it.
Moreover, it doesn't provided increased functionality in respect to other gentoo packages.
I plan to remove it in a couple of weeks, if anyone doesn't answer the survival call in gentoo-dev@g.o
