The directory contrib should be copied to the docs. The contrib directory has some nice scripts (i.e. the subversion commit-hooks) to use with trac and it would be nice if they were available on the system.

Steps to reproduce:
1) emerge "=www-apps/trac-0.9.3"

Actual results:
The files in the contrib directory are not installed to the system
Expected results:
The contrib directoy is copied to /usr/share/doc/trac-0.9.3/

Patch for the ebuild to copy contrib

I'm not entirely sure if dodoc contrib/* is the right way to copy all the files or if they should be listed explicitly.
However, it does work for me this way.
