Description Henrique Rodrigues 2006-02-03 06:12:34 UTC
While playing quake3, it creates a file "botlib.log" on the current directory. If it's launched from a menu, the file will be created on the home folder. My suggestion is either preventing the creation of such file or force it to be created under the ~/.q3a folder, wich is probably the best solution.

There's a one line only patch on the FreeBSD ports repository:

I'll look into this today. I'll also talk with upstream to ensure they fix it to their desires and may pull the upstream patch instead.

I've filed the bug upstream. For now, we're using the FreeBSD "fix" but it really is pretty ugly. ;]
