nini ebuild should register resulting assembly in the GAC instead of simply put it in /usr/lib/nini

Yeah, but please don't forget we have multiple runtimes so it would need to register itself with mono/pnet/whatever...

This cant happen as Nini does not provide a key to generate a strongly signed assembly.  Once this happens, I plan on registring Nini into the system GAC.
