freevo has X? ( virtual/x11 ) dependency, seems to be unmaintained atm.
I know cardoe's mentioned it in the last couple days.
Hum, the provided scripts don't find any dependancy (cause freevo is all python or cause use pygame -that means sdl?). May be the case to consider to use freevo without X dependancy, since these should be in freevo dependancy (pygame : SDL, as stated at http://freevo.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/freevo-2.0/CurrentStatus in which developers announce freevo 2.0 will use also imlib,DirectFB, bmovl other than "the old pygame" as display)
Yep, my scripts don't find deps for non-compiled files. You might like to give http://sources.gentoo.org/viewcvs.py/gentoo/users/spider/depreverse/ a shot.
finder.sh output: Thinking about freevo.. app-shells/bash dev-lang/python dev-python/imaging dev-python/numeric sys-apps/baselayout sys-apps/dbus no explicit x11 dependancy either in that way (I used finder.sh with deprecated etcat and qpkg since they aren't anymore standard for ~x86 gentoolkit)
Which makes sense, since many Python programs rely on the their dependencies for X bindings.
Seems that someone has fixed this.
