Description Matej Stepanek 2006-01-30 07:52:12 UTC
Cinelerra source code suggests there should be theora .pc, because it complains it
isn't and when I run pkgconfig --list-all there is nothing about theora. And locate .pc doesn't show theora either. I don't know if it's intentionally removed or forgotten.

Please, include some error messages, ebuild name and version and emerge --info output and reopen that. (If it's about media-video/cinelerra, we are not interested, it's fubar, package.masked and pending removal from portage).
Comment 2 Matej Stepanek 2006-01-31 00:10:11 UTC
Please explain what you need it for. I can't imagine what you may need it for.

According to my current state of knowledge, allwhat is necessary to do is to
take the .pc that is supplied or generated by the source code compilation
and include it into Gentoo into all Libtheora packages.

I tried to download Libtheora and compile and install and the .pc file was
correctly generated.
