mythtv 0.19 compiles fine but mythvideo 0.19 does not and exits with this error:

/usr/portage/eclass/mythtv-plugins.eclass: line 21: cd: /var/tmp/portage/mythvideo-0.19_pre8642/work/mythplugins-0.19_pre8642: No such file or directory
sed: can't read settings.pro: No such file or directory

Fixes the path problem

This will patch the path problem with current eclass that looks for mythplugins directory with the version number appended.  Since it looks like the version number is no longer appended to the mythplugins directory, then it shouldn't be appended anymore.
