once emerged xfig it crashes on execution in two circumstancies: if I click on T button to insert text, or by clicking on the button "insert picture". i can't reproduce it here can you please do the following: add nostrip to FEATURES in make.conf add -ggdb3 to CFLAGS in make.conf re-merge xfig emerge -n gdb run 'gdb xfig' type run at the (gdb) prompt try to reproduce the crash [after it crashed] type 'bt' copy-paste the output of bt here TIA
