Title says it all really :o) Maybe it's a good idea to add this to the comments when installing a system logger. I've found out now that I need remote logging :-(
According to the metalog mailing lists this is often requested. It seems that version 0.7beta has been patched to support this feature according to a post my Matthew Humphrey on 19/8/02 (see http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?thread_id=988813&forum_id=1268). I think until we have an ebuild for the new version, it will be a good idea to warn users about this.
