Reading the Gentoo Developer Handbook - Introduction - Chapter 2.  Becoming a developer

... SSH2 DSA passworded key  ...

I wonder what passworded means (I suppose it means protected by password).

I get that what I have to send is just the public part of the id.dsa key, and that is not passworded.

The eventually passworded key is the private part, that there is no reason to send.

I'm wrong ?

If not, please, fix stating something like "ssh2 public key"
