Patch for AbiWord Spell Check crash

This is a copy of the offocial AbiWord patch as posted to the AbiSource bugzilla (referenced in main bug report).

The patch is not enough, there is still a crash when clicking some buttons. See upstream for a second patch (to apply after the first one :(

Fixed in abirowd-2.4.2-r1, sorry for the wait.
