please move these files to the mirrors instead of placing them in the tree:

4.0K	./sys-cluster/hpl/files/Make.gentoo_hpl_cblas_x86.diff.bz2

if you want me to do it, just say so, i'll happily commit the change

.bz2 has 757 bytes, unpacked 1894 bytes

why is there a need to move that file to a mirror?
imho policy says files > 20kb need to go to mirrors.

well, this bug is one of 84, i didn't check the size for every file, i just assumed people wouldn't compress things that are smaller than an average ebuild :P

of course there's no need to move it to the mirrors, and i won't do that for any file <20kb

actually, the file isn't needed at all, so i just removed it
