please move these files to the mirrors instead of placing them in the tree:

changing assign to maintainer, gnome probably shouldn't be in the metadata for this.

The easiest way would be removing all old openhbci-ebuilds, this can't be done atm, because 0.9.16 is stable on alpha, while 0.9.17-r1 is not.

Alpha-team, can you please mark openhbci-0.9.17-r1 stable?
