The last stable version of epiphany-extensions is the 1.6.4-r1 but it doesn't compile. When I try to emerge this check "epiphany-1.6 >= 1.6.0) not met" fails, but the last stable version of epiphany 1.8.3 is installed, and 1.8 is >= of 1.6 :D Maybe epiphany-extensions 1.8.1 should be marked stable ;) or not?
