you need to remerge some packages.  check the config.log file to see which one.
revdep-rebuild might find it for you.

Yes you're right. But revdep-rebuild didn't reports any dependency problem in libs (only games and some apps).
I re-emerged all svga, sdl and openal packages and now it works.
Sometimes Gentoo makes me crazy!
