I posted a bug to kdevelop and they were wondering why I was using 3.3 when 3.4 was available.  It's not in the portage directory.

KDE 3.3 is released with KDE 3.5.0. There's no newer one unless you grab it directly from svn. So if the KDevelop devs wonder why you use their latest release, I wonder why they do release at all. ;)
