Hi,

this is a french package for a personal accounting app like GnuCash.
This version is still french but the next one (0.4.0) is nearly out and is
multi-lingual. As this is my first Ebuild, I would like to know my errors
because I want to make other ebuilds.

app-office/grisbi should be fine :)

read the ebuild development docs, it's all in there. 

Fix the deps, i do think stuff like gtk are runtime deps. You probably could
make gnome a USE flag, and gtk2 (if enabled, disable applet for gtk1 and build
gtk2 version). Use econf/emake/einstall if possible.  It misses the top header
(see skel.ebuild).

I don't like the 'emake || make || die' stuff, if it's not _really_ needed get
it out.

Anyway i'd prefer to wait till a multilangauge version is around before putting
it in.

Grisbi is now multilingual and works perfectly for finance tracking of non french users ... hmm, that is, a lot of people, weee :-)

Grisbi has evolved a lot, it is now 0.4.2 (0.4.3 soon).

Would someone package it ?

if you could improve the ebuild there, we'll try and find a herd to add & maintain it.
