sys-apps/qpage-3.3 has been in ~x86 and ~alpha for well over a year with no bugs or changes, I would imagine that it can be stabilized. base-system: what do you think?
doesnt matter to me
Builds fine on x86, no means of testing though.
Created attachment 78098 [details, diff] qpage-3.3-hostinfo.patch When compiling on alpha w/USE="tcpd" I get the following warning: srvrsnpp.c: In function `accept_connection': srvrsnpp.c:1064: warning: passing arg 1 of `eval_hostinfo' from incompatible pointer type The pointer types are incompatible because eval_hostinfo expects a host_info pointer but gets a pointer to the 1st (and only) element of a host_info array. This patch fixes the warning.
I tested qpage on alpha and x86 with the snpp server at Rinkers Communications[1] and the messages went through just fine. I only tested sending as I don't have access to a paging terminal to test the server. [1] Rinkers Communications http://rinkers.com/
stable on x86 thanks for the help testing Thomas.
Thanks Thomas for testing. We are last so resolving.
