[1] Will be fixed in the next release, as > the link you referred to says. > are you joking? this is not a support request, this is a request for the inclusion of a bugstream critical fix in a package (incidentally a kernel that at least hundreds of gentoo users are using) AFAIK every mantainer should include critical fixes in his packages, and AFAIK the gentoo ck-sources package includes other patches and there are frequently rev-bumps for minor fixes (and this is a critical fix and could seriously hit system performance) at least, please assing the bug to the ck-sources mantainer
