Hi...
When an emerge net-www/mod_throttle ebuild ends, we can read this :

 *
 * Execute "ebuild
/var/db/pkg/mod_throttle-3.1.2-r1/mod_throttle-3.1.2-r1/mod_throttle-3.1.2-r1.ebuild
config"
 * to have your apache.conf auto-updated for use with this module.
 * You should then edit your /etc/conf.d/apache file to suit.
 *

I think everybody who was concentrated on his reading viewed the error !
We should replace
> * Execute "ebuild
"var/db/pkg/mod_throttle-3.1.2-r1/mod_throttle-3.1.2-r1/mod_throttle-3.1.2-r1.ebuild
config"
by
 * Execute "ebuild
/var/db/pkg/net-www/mod_throttle-3.1.2-r1/mod_throttle-3.1.2-r1.ebuild config"
But this is already a "bug" ;c)

must be a portage bug or something else.
