my new xemacs-21.4.10-r1.ebuild has a few new USE flags for optional components 

new flags needed are these
dnd wnn lucid athena neXt Xaw3d

these enable drag and drop support
lucid widgets
athena widgets with neXt or Xaw3d
and freewnn support for japanese character input

"freewnn" already exists, as you can see in /usr/portage/profiles/use.desc

please check that file to see if any of the existing flags can be used for your
purposes.

ok changed wnn to freewnn in my just comitted ebuild

couldnt see any equivilents for dnd lucid athena next or xaw3d

let them be local USE flags...(kinda like the ones in some kernel ebuilds and
notably the mozilla ebuilds)
