Bug 119675 – archive with stardict-2.4.6 was changed without version bump

To fix small bug stardict-2.4.6.tar.bz2 was changed on "master size", so md5 also changed.

Step to reproduce:
download stardict-2.4.6.tar.bz2 from http://stardict.sf.net
put to /usr/portage/distfiles, try emerge stardict-2.4.6

Actually, I was the one who added it, so I should probably take care of this :)

There doesn't seem to be any mention of what bugs were fixed, so I can't know if a revbump is really necessary, and this might cause a bit of trouble with users downloading the old file from Gentoo's mirrors for now (which is supposed to get sorted out automatically), but anyway, I added a new ebuild 2.4.6-r1... Thanks for the report.

Click on "help" item in menu cause segfault.

Thanks. A gcc 4.1 patch seems to have been included as well (the patch from bug #119626 applies to the original 2.4.6 but not the updated one).
