Bug 11965 – phpmyadmin ebuild fix

phpmyadmin ebuild doesn't works correctly because there was a problem with package name (it try to install from ${WORKDIR}/phpmyadmin-2.3.3_rc1 instead of ${WORKDIR}/phpmyadmin-2.3.3-rc1) i fixed this "bug" and i've added a check for apache2 because it only checks for the presence of apache config file, and it doesn't look for apache2, plz check if path is correct because i don't have apache2 installed now (i left a comment in the ebuild where to check the path) thanx a lot

it's outdated
new version is
 2.3.3pl1 2002-12-03 21:00 
phpMyAdmin-2.3.3pl1-php.tar.bz2 

when an ebuild is available in cvs, rc1 will be deleted.
