This patches makes kchmviewer compile with gcc-4.1.0-beta*
The patch fixes all 
error: extra qualification

Is the patch already sent upstream?
If they plan a release soon, there's no reason to add the patch in portage.
In general there's no priority in applying GCC 4.1 fixes, but this is trivial shouldn't create problems.

So please tell back about the upstream status, then I'll see what to do with it.

Good suggestion. I have replied to a bug-report about the compilation problem at the upstream bugsystem, and placed a patch. Will wait for their reaction.

So closing this as UPSTREAM for now. Please reopen the bug if we need to apply the patch locally.
