Description Burnout 2006-01-19 10:20:34 UTC
The emerge of transcode-1.0.2-r1 (before the emerge of k3b) fails because it depends on ffmpeg. Ffmpeg wasn't installed, so there is a dependency problem (for transcode) I guess. I am running ~x86.

Solution: emerge ffmpeg manually.

Which version of transcode? Also, emerge --info, please.

transcode-1.0.2-r1 depends on ffmpeg with USE=ffmpeg set.

INVALID bug, closing.
Comment 5 Hopeless 2006-02-18 10:38:25 UTC
I think this bug was incorrectly marked INVALID, as trying to compile transcode-1.0.2-r2 I get the same error, it is complaining about ffmpeg not being present even with USE=-ffmpeg

Exact error reported;
