Unless anyone in amd64 team objects I will handle this as soon as I get a bit. I know the driver was having some serious issues in 64bit land when it comes to a load on the device.
Yes, that was true, I don't know about this new version (since, looking at the website, it looks like they have been working hard on this new version). I will inform you of any issues, since it is my primary and only connection device.

I found a bug in this driver, sometimes it stops working and it is impossible to remove it, even with rmmod --force option (support is enabled in the kernel). Other than that it works, but beware! Your log folder will soon grow in size! I am working on it, I will file a new bug as soon as I get more clues on what's going on!

I'd just like to confirm that it works for me as well, running on an EM64T system. Everything the driver's supposed to do works, no problems at all.
