$ earch sci-chemistry/molden
molden-3.9[0]: ia64
molden-4.0[0]: alpha
molden-4.1[0]: x86
molden-4.3[0]: ~x86 ~amd64 ~alpha ~ia64

4.3 has been in the tree since February of last year.

followed by the V looking thing. This should output a .ogl, once you have that it should open a new window of that .ogl file.

forgot to add.. port your app to modular X or yank the old versions. I had to patch repoman to commit
