Description Andrea Ratto 2006-01-17 09:37:39 UTC
the keymap init script loads the keymap before checking if the system use unicode. This generate an ugly_warning_every_boot about assuming some default encoding (not unicode) or suggesting to do a "kbd_mode -u".
It can be easily fixed with some copy and paste, I think. I'll upload my version of the file...
I hope it get fixed before the new baselayout is out.
I have tested this on 2 systems, running stable x86 and stable amd64.

fixed with sys-apps/baselayout-1.11.14. Incredible! declared stable while I was posting the bug!
