x11-themes/noia ebuilds have bad version numbers -- in the form of month-date-year 
 
*noia-120902 (09 Dec 02) 
*noia-111902 (19 Nov 02) 
 
Now, in this form, if a new ebuild will be made on January 1st, 2003 it will be something 
like noia-010103 -- that being a lower number than 120902, it won't be considered 
newer by portage and would not be upgraded with emerge -u. 
 
I suggest the versioning be changed to year-month-date.

I also noticed that x11-themes/conectiva-crystal has the same version number system.
